Very lovely place to stay overnight. It was clean and as you see the bathroom impressed us with their artistic ability. Remind us it time to book a cruise. Overall, the location, atmosphere and the staff 4 stars. The young man at the desk 1/18 - 7-8PM, thanks for representing WASHINGTON COMMANDER
An older Holiday Inn that's been recently remodeled for the rooms but not the washrooms. Overall, the rooms are quite nice, very clean, the air conditioning unit is reasonably quiet. Some of the rooms face towards the highway which can be quite loud with some special people deciding that their engine noise is the most important thing in the world. The breakfast bar is the usual and the food was hot and fresh on both mornings. The only complaints are that the rooms are a little bit beat up in terms of some damage, and the water pressure is quite low in the shower

I was here for an event. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very clean. There was a wide selection for breakfast and Ms. Sylvia was wonderful. She was polite and assisted with the breakfast area. She came over to our table and made sure we had all we needed and displayed that southern hospitality. I did take away a star because the event was Saturday in one of the large rooms downstairs of the hotel. There was an issue with the air downstairs in the room as we were attending a wedding reception. The front desk did locate fans for us to use, but if the air-condition was 100%, it would have been perfect. We had a great time but it was to our knowledge that there was an issue the night before with the air but my cousin was not informed at all. Overall, this is a great hotel.
I stayed two weeks for training for work. Staff was very helpful and room comfortable and spacious. Free wifi and daily breakfast also a big bonus.
It’s the extras that count! Mr. Nick and the lovely April were so helpful in helping me get a number of business documents printed. I stayed here last year and now it will be my Dallas go-to spot because of their genuine friendliness and professionalism.
